Art, Antiques, and Contemporary Crafts Featured At Annual Camas Event
Camas WA has a rich historical presence dating back to 1883 when it was established as a bustling mill town for Henry Pittock, the owner of the Oregonian newspaper. Today, downtown has a vibrant atmosphere where we love shopping for vintage antiques, whimsical art, or contemporary handmade crafts. It is the perfect backdrop for next Saturday's 7th Annual Vintage & Art Faire that provides a unique venue for all three.
Lining the streets of downtown on August 28th, the Faire features local artists, antique vendors, and craftsmen displaying their art, hand made gifts and vintage pieces. Some 60+ vintage and antique dealers, and local art vendors will line the streets to show their wares from 9am to 4 pm.
Vintage and crafts offerings include a wide variety of indoor and outdoor furniture, home and garden accessories as well as clothing and jewelry. Art offerings feature paintings, woodwork, metal, pottery, glass, fiber, recycled art, and more.
The Faire is located at 4th Avenue and Birch St, near Camas Antiques. Start there and make a day of it with live music, food, and the friendly vibe of historic Camas. Stroll the streets, visit the booths, and stop in at one of the many shops or restaurants along the way.
Plan to go - you may find us there enjoying the timeless classics of antiques, art, and handmade crafts.

ViewHomes™ grew out of our passion for nature, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful environments. Starting together in an urban environment, over the years we've gravitated towards areas with smaller populations and less density. We now enjoy our lifestyle in a rural environment, but with close proximity to metropolitan areas where we appreciate all the amenities of fine restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive to an international airport.
Living in ViewHomes™ is like having “elbowroom for the soul”.
